On Sunday, June 11, 2006 (trade date Monday, June 12, 2006), the following NYMEX energy cash-settled full-sized and NYMEX miNY™ products are scheduled to be listed on CME Globex: • Crude Oil futures • Natural Gas futures • Heating Oil futures • RBOB Gasoline futures CME will disseminate electronically-traded NYMEX market data, in RLC format only. A “top five depth of market” will be supported. Market data distributors may combine depth of market with top-of-book data.
The complete NYMEX ITC-format market data feed, (including pit-traded market data) will continue to be available only from NYMEX.
NYMEX products will be available for testing in the CME certification environment on Tuesday, May 23, 2006. Channel 20 will be used for futures and Channel 21 will be used for options. These same channels will be used in production starting June 11th. The Instrument Creation (MO) replays will take place on Channels 1 and 16 via the MDP. Market Data Policy Consistent with current CME policy, CME-disseminated NYMEX market data that is used for trading purposes via order-routing
systems will not be charged fees. To redistribute any NYMEX market data for non-trading purposes, whether it’s generated from
